1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of legal majority in your location. Minors may not register, use the studio or appear in reference material or requested output. Age confirmation is a self-declaration, not identity verification. We may restrict access or request additional verification where necessary.

2. No NSFW or adult sexual content

NSFW sexual content, pornography, nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual services and sexualized violence are prohibited. Non-sexual dancing, greetings and ordinary companionship are permitted. Do not attempt to bypass moderation, disguise a prohibited request or use the service to produce prohibited material elsewhere.

3. No impersonation, NCII or exploitation

Do not impersonate a real person, falsely imply their endorsement, steal their identity or use the service for fraud. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), synthetic intimate images, revenge pornography, threats to distribute such images and sexual deepfakes are prohibited, whether the depicted person is real or fictional. Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors or youthful-looking subjects, grooming, trafficking, coercion and exploitation are strictly prohibited. A claimed consent does not permit prohibited sexual content.

4. Likeness rights and face swaps

Use only the provided fictional adult hosts. Real-person face swapping, celebrity imitation, identity replacement and requests to reproduce a private individual are not supported or permitted. You must own or have explicit permission for any material you submit, including relevant copyright, privacy and publicity rights. This version does not accept user-uploaded photographs, faces, voices or reference-image URLs. If uploads are introduced, they will remain unavailable until an authorization workflow requires confirmation that every depicted person is an adult, has expressly consented to the specified AI use and that the uploader has the necessary rights; evidence may be required. A checkbox alone is not proof of permission.

5. Requests and moderation

Before generation, you must affirm adult eligibility and these content rules. We retain the policy version and acceptance time. Requests are subject to application screening and the provider’s safety checks; moderation is not infallible. We may reject requests, restrict accounts, remove access to reported content and preserve information where legally required. Do not share unsafe outputs. Report suspected impersonation, NCII or exploitation using our contact page, with the relevant page or job identifier. Do not attach illegal images.

6. AI disclosure and availability

Hosts and performances are synthetic. Playback may use prerecorded clips; generated scenes are not a human live broadcast. Results, timing and availability vary. We do not promise human companionship, exclusive likeness rights or uninterrupted service. Provider rules also apply.

7. Membership and billing

Basic membership is free, with no expiry fee. Generation is subject to usage limits and availability, not unlimited access. See Plans for current availability. The announced monthly plan is US$20 per month for 20 AI command conversations, renewing monthly until cancelled. Paid checkout and paid entitlements are not enabled yet. The applicable tax and full payable amount will be shown before purchase. Unused monthly conversations do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges. No card will be charged without an affirmative purchase.

8. Refunds, cancellation and consumer rights

Read our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions.

9. Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains account, analytics and provider processing. Material changes will be shown on this site. Continued access to generation may require renewed acceptance.
