How to cancel

Email 1002906753@qq.com from your registered email, with the subject “Cancel AI Live Stream subscription” and your order reference if available. You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm cancellation by email, aiming to respond within three business days.

When cancellation takes effect

A cancellation request received before the next renewal prevents that renewal, even if support processes the request later. If a renewal is charged after a timely cancellation request, we will refund it. You keep paid access until the end of the current paid billing period unless you request and receive a refund. No further subscription charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

Cancellation alone does not request a refund for the current period. For a full refund within 14 days of a subscription charge, follow the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Free membership and account deletion

Basic membership is free and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. Stopping use, signing out or closing the browser does not cancel an active paid subscription. For account deletion, email support; deleting an account must not leave an active renewal in place.

Current availability

Paid subscriptions and recurring billing are not active in this release. The cancellation process and paid entitlements will be operational before paid checkout is enabled.
