Missing a verification code?

Check that you entered the right email address. Search all mail, including spam, for hello@ailivestream.io. For Gmail, search in:anywhere from:hello@ailivestream.io. If the message is in spam, mark it as not spam.

Codes expire after 10 minutes. Wait for the resend countdown, request a fresh code and use only the newest one. Google sign-in is also available. Never share your password or verification code with someone offering support.

Already signed in with Google?

Your Google sign-in verifies the account email. A verified account does not need another registration code. Continue with Google, or use Forgot password to receive a recovery code and set up email/password sign-in.

Saved stage preferences

Sign in with the same account on your other device, then open the custom studio. Generate video saves your settings and submits a new video request. If you see an allowance message, wait for the daily reset. If submission could not be confirmed, contact the operator before retrying.
